How Limited Data Is Used
Limited technical information supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and independent search services. Any data sent to those destinations is governed by their policies, not this policy. The same is true for sponsored search results supplied by an outside provider.

Providers that host or support the service may process server logs. Analytics and advertising partners can receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when required by valid legal process and otherwise do not share it.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the stated operational purposes. There are no user accounts, passwords, or member profiles maintained here.

Your Privacy Choices
Texas residents may have access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights for covered personal-data processing under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Business & Commerce Code chapter 541.
